CT Baseball Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Thank you for supporting Cherokee Trail High School Baseball by participating in the 1st annual golf tournament fundraiser. Our program has some major goals we are trying to accomplish. For example, we are trying to turf our field and get a new scoreboard. By participating in the golf tournament or sponsoring the tournament, you are helping us reach our program goals! Cost Per Foursome
Cost Per Foursome: $650
Includes: Golf, cart, range balls, pastries, coffee, lunch and prizes
Mulligans, t-shirts, and hats will be available for purchase on arrival of the group.

Sponsors and Sponsorship Levels
Sponsorship levels and what they include:
Single Hole Sponsorship ($250)- Sponsor a hole at the tournament. Option to have a sign or set-up your own tent or stand. Each level below (excluding the grand slam) includes this or you can just sponsor a hole.
Double ($1500)- 2 foursome groups (total of 8 golfers) and a hole sponsorship.
Triple ($2100)- 3 foursome groups (total of 12 golfers) and a hole sponsorship.
Home Run ($2700)- 4 foursome groups (Total of 16 golfers) and a hole sponsorship.
Grand Slam ($4000)- This is a unique opportunity to have your business or your business and another business marketed all day long with comedy. Many have seen videos of golfers being heckled while trying to hit their ball. This is exactly what you see in those videos. Money is raised by the comedians all day long. Golfers have the opportunity to pay the comedians to heckle another group or they can pay them to be quiet.

*If minimum number of players do not sign up for the tournament and the tournament is cancelled, refunds will be given starting June 15th.
*No refunds will be given for no shows. Cancellations are due by June 1, 2023 or you forfeit your payment.
